Order processing times Some items are ready made while orders are made to order. It will state on the product listing if the item is made to order. Made To Order items: 7-10 working days. Ready made items: 1-3 working days. Don't worry I can usually always resize your jewellery. Just drop me an email and I an sort it for you. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to me. Re-sizing costs £3, this covers the new elastic needed to make your bracelet, postage costs to return it back to you and the time taken to re-size the bracelet. Please make sure you size your wrist correctly before ordering. Our sizing guide can be found on the menu.
