Our usual order processing time is 2 ~ 4 working days.

Once your item has been handmade we will post it out to you.
UK Delivery
Royal Mail 48 - £2.95 or free if you spend over £100
Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm - £7.55
Please note Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm does not include the order processing times.

Items will be posted with Royal Mail 48 as standard. This service usually takes 2 working days.
Its a tracked service and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note Royal Mail have been experiencing delays which unfortunately are out of our control. Please understand once item has been dispatched, it is completely out of our control, therefore we cannot be responsible for any delays.
International (outside of the United Kingdom)
International shipping is £12 and will be sent via Tracked & Signed. Delivery usually takes up to 14 working days. Please note delays may be experienced in the EU at customs and an extra customs fee may need to be paid by you to release your goods from customs. Please check your countries rules on this for more information.
Return & Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and send items back to me within 30 days of delivery.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Custom orders can't be return or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. However in the unusual event that you have any issues with your jewellery, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will always do my best to resolve any problems.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged.

Ordered the wrong size?
Don't worry I can usually always resize your jewellery. Just drop me an email and I an sort it for you.
You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to me.
Re-sizing costs £3, this covers the new materials needed to make your item, postage costs to return it back to you and the time taken to re-size the item.
Please make sure you size your wrist/neck/ankle correctly before ordering.
