Order Processing
Some items are Ready Made, while others are Made To Order which means I will need to handcraft your item before dispatch. Below are the times to get your order ready for dispatch.
Ready Made Items: 2-4 working days
Made To Order Items: 7-10 working days (This may be longer during busy periods)
Delivery
Please note these are delivery times and don't include the order processing time. (see above)
UK Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £2.95 (or free if you spend over £100)
This service usually takes 2 working days.
It is a tracked service and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.55
This service usually takes 1 day. However this is not guaranteed and could take 2.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - £9.75
Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm is a registered, tracked service which guarantees delivery by 1pm the next working day. This service also includes insurance and will require a signature on delivery.
Please understand once item has been dispatched, it is completely out of our control, therefore we cannot be responsible for any delays.
International
International shipping is £15 and will be sent via Tracked & Signed. Delivery usually takes up to 10 working days. Please note extra customs fee may need to be paid by you to release your goods from customs. Please check your countries rules on this for more information.
Return & Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and send items back to me within 30 days of delivery.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Custom orders can't be return or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. However in the unusual event that you have any issues with your jewellery, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will always do my best to resolve any problems.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged.
Ordered the wrong size?
Don't worry I can usually always resize your jewellery. Just drop me an email and I an sort it for you.
You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to me.
Re-sizing costs £5, this covers the new materials needed to make your item, postage costs to return it back to you and the time taken to re-size the item.
Please make sure you size your wrist/neck/ankle correctly before ordering.
